Interlinking CCTV with Visitor Check-in and Facility Booking

In order to further improve neighbourhoods’ security, i-Neighbour has been added with a new function that captures CCTV footage during visitor check-in and out process, and during facility access.

To use this new feature, the admin will need to set and customize the CCTV cameras available at the respective facility or a guardhouse dedicated for visitor check in and out process. When a visitor checks in or out, his/her picture or footage will be captured by the camera along with the visitation record attached for reference purposes. Similarly, every time a resident accessing a certain facility, the CCTV will snap a photo or record footage and attach the relevant facility booking information to it for reference. Through this feature, the management is able to track on any incident happening within the neighbourhood and to make the people responsible for any misdemeanor or vandalism within the neighbourhood to be responsible for their actions.

E-Billing - Export Payment Details

In this latest update, we have added the export function within the E-Billing module. Furthermore, we have also standardized the payment details for both the Web and the Mobile. The admin and users is presented with an option to print or export their payment details as receipts for any payments made.

i-Neighbour Mobile App Updates

E-Billing UOB Payment Gateway

E-Billing feature lets the admin upload pending invoices and also allows residents to make payment for their outstanding invoices. To enhance this module, we have added UOB Payment Gateway as one of our payment channels. Just login to i-Neighbour and proceed to the E-Billing module where you will find a new payment method, UOB Payment Gateway.

Invitation Flow Enhancement

Invitation module is an efficient way for residents to invite their friends, family and visitors to their home. As one of the core modules, we have made some enhancements to the invitation module, to simplify the whole process.

In this latest update, the invitation module will be combined and simplified into a single page for a better UX.

CCTV Footage Interlinkage

In relation to the CCTV footage interlinking with the web above, the residents also would be able to view the pictures captured from Check-In/Out activities of the visitors from the mobile App. Similar to the Web, the admin can view the CCTV footage of both visitor’s Check-In/Out activity and residents’ facility booking access.

Account Code

To establish a better documentation for payment and invoice records, we have added a field for Account Code within each unit. This account code will be associated with the accounting system (IFCA) when importing and generating invoices. With this feature, the admin will have a more organized invoice records and payment transactions.

i-Account Dashboard

i-Neighbour mobile app now supports i-Account! Subscribers of i-Account can now use i-Neighbour mobile app to view their i-Account information. Other than accessing E-Billing module and account statement, i-Account users can also enjoy some of the features available in i-Neighbour such as E-Document, Contacts, i-Merchant and Announcement.
