b. CREATE VP APPOINTMENT IN SYSTEM

Credit Team will create the VP Appointment |

Settings available are as stated below: |

Set VP Start Date |
• |
Add closing dates, such as public holidays. |
• |
Require to approve appointments submitted by owners. (Auto Approve or Manually Approve) |
• |
Set advance booking, e.g. 3 days in advance. |
• |
Select whether to allow unit owners to book VP Appointment if they have an outstanding amount. |
• |
Set reminder to remind unit owners a day before the booked date. |
• |
Enter Location, Contact No. And Remark. |
• |
Set appointment slots for each of the opening day.

Upon saving the VP Appointment, system will notify owners via Email and Mobile
App Notification. |
c. RESIDENT CHECK VP DETAILS AND BOOK VIA APP
1. |
After Credit Team has created the VP Appointment Main Schedule, owners will be notified via Email and Mobile App Notification. |
2. |
Unit owners can book a slot for VP Appointment via [Company Name] App or login to their account via PC Web Browser. |
3. |
In Settings, if pre-set to not allow unit owners with outstanding amount to book for VP Appointment, then respective unit owners will not be able to proceed to book a slot. |
d. OWNER BOOKS A SLOT VIA APP
i. |
Unit Owner can select the date and slot that he/she wishes to book. |
ii. |
Date: will only display the date that is available for booking. |
iii. |
Slot: will display how many slots are available for the particular session. If the session or slot has been taken, then it will not be displayed in the listing. |
iv. |
After owner submits the appointment, approval will be done by the admin. |
v. |
If "Auto Approval" is set, then booking will be auto-approved as long as there are slots available; if "Manual Approval" is set, then the appointment will only be confirmed after receiving approval from the admin. Before the admin approves, the particular slot booked will be locked. Therefore, other unit owners or house buyers are not able to book the respective slot. |
e. ADMIN APPROVES BOOKING
i. |
Admin can choose to Approve or Reject. If Admin chooses to Reject, then Admin can include a "Remark" to inform the respective owner about the reason of rejection. |
ii. |
If "Auto Approval" is set, then all bookings status will appear as "Auto-Approved". |
f. ADMIN BOOKS A SLOT ON BEHALF OF UNIT OWNER
i. |
If owner chooses to carry out "On-the-Spot booking", then Credit Team can book a slot for the respective owner as shown above |
