Convenience is a driving force for better technology. If you observe closely, you will notice that most technology surrounding us is inspired by convenience. That being said, convenience has inspired us to provide the following feature that will help management ease their workload. Discussion can now be printed out in the form of PDF. A manual record is no longer necessary at this point. We are slowly transforming management from an administrative role into an operational centric role. a. Now, owners can receive notifications when the management has commented or updated their feedback/Inquiry status. As a result, owners no longer need to constantly monitor the status to get updated on the progression. |
At times, we might doubt whether our smart devices are working correctly or if any malfunction occurred. Right now, we can solve this uncertainty with this newly implemented feature. Under IOT > Smart Device > DDNS Connection Setup, management can keep track of the status; if the status is ‘Online’, the user can upload files/data into i-Neighbour.
