1. Emergency Contact with Priority Option
At the time of emergency, it is important for an alert to be sent to the right person at the earliest time. Knowing the seriousness of this issue, the iNeighbour team decided to enhance the emergency contact list with priority options.
With this feature, the Admin can set the priority of the emergency alert recipients and enable/disable them as emergency contact.

2. Disclaimer in Defect Report (Close Ticket Message) and Pre Register Visitor (Visitor Invitation Registration Form)
In May, we added disclaimers in two of iNeighbour features, before users confirmed their submission.
The first disclaimer statement was added in the Defect Report, Close Ticket message. The disclaimer confirms the satisfaction of the rectification done on the defect. A Close Ticket ID has also been added in the ticket details, to provide a better reference in the future.

3. Incident Report - Common Area
Another update that has been made is the change of the term ‘Public Area’ to ‘Common Area’ in the Incident Report module. This change is made to provide a better and clear term and to avoid any misunderstanding.

4. Invite Visitors - Cancel Multiple In-Out Invitation
Further security measures have been added in the Invitation module. For approved Multiple In-Out Invitation, the host can now cancel the invitation if it’s not needed anymore. This enhancement is made for cases where the access is no longer required, removing the possibility of security compromise.
