1. Multiple In/Out Visit Records
We've added a feature to show multiple visit logs. On the visitor’s history page, we’ve added a filter function before the date range filter to allow users to choose whether to display the record for a single in/out visit or multiple in/out visits.

Besides that, we also included a new visitor logs section that allows users to view a selected visitor’s visit history.

The feature is also available in both iVizit and iNeighbour mobile applications.

Visitor History Listing PDF report has also been enhanced.

Now, multiple check-in/out records for multiple in/out tickets are included to make the report tally with the actual check-in/out count.

A tab selection is added on the header to allow users to choose whether to sort and view guest visit records for single in/out or multiple in/out visitation.

The feature is also available in the iNeighbour mobile application.

2. Walk-in feature via Security Account Settings
The settings to enable or disable the walk-in feature in i-Vizit have been added:

The Walk-In Registration option shall display/hide according to the ‘Enable Walk-in Registration’ setting. The system will hide the Walk-in option from the home page and the more feature page if this setting is disabled.

3. New Multiunit Visitor & Contractor Report
A new report has been added to display the visit records of the multiunit visitors and contractors. The reports added are:

a. Multiunit Visitor Checked In-Out Report
b. Contractor Checked In-Out Report

4. Merge defect report module
Now, the defect report has been moved and merged with the Report module page. Users may now generate a report with the Defect Report module by selecting ‘Defect Report’ under the ‘Module’ field.

5. Enhancement of Defect Report Full Listing
We also made some enhancements to the Defect Report Full Listing by adding a date range filter to allow users to filter the listing based on its date. Our system will show the last 90 days from today by default.

6. i-Vizit Call Log History
A ‘Call Log’ button is added to allow users to retrieve past call logs.

The ‘Security Call Log’ is also available in the iNeighbour Web Portal.

7. Restrict iPay88 Payment Within 15 Minutes
An alert message has been added to prevent users from making double payments.

8. System Update
Users can now set the auto-update time based on their operation time.

9. Account Deletion
User Account Deletion is added for users to delete their accounts via iNeighbour and i-Vizit applications.

10. Standardisation Of All The Mobile Numbers
The store format for mobile numbers is standardised as country code + mobile no (without ‘-’).

11. Panic Button Cool Off Period Pop-Up Message
Users are allowed to use the panic button up to three times within 15 minutes. If the user presses the panic button more than three times within 15 minutes, a cool-off period message will pop up.

12. Disable the Owner QR Code for Defaulter
A setting is added in the web portal to allow admins to choose whether to enable or disable the account QR code for the defaulter. The QR Code in the Resident’s App will be disabled once the resident is listed as a defaulter.

13. Add an Insurance Button to Market Square
An Insurance button is added to the Utilities & Service section to provide more service for iNeighbour’s users.
