The E-Billing feature now comes with a sharing option! i-Neighbour is all about convenience and we have added the Invoice Sharing feature to allow unit owners to share the available invoices to their family members or tenants, within the same unit.

1. Once the Invoice Sharing option has been enabled, all the invoices received will be shown to the other accounts within the same unit.

2. Unit Owner can also enable the Invoice Sharing option from i-Neighbour Mobile App.

i-Neighbour's Facility Module gives the flexibility for neighbourhood Admin to customize different settings for individual facilities within the neighbourhood. Different rules and slots can be easily set based on the facility booking conditions. In this latest enhancement, i-Neighbour has added a new option for residents to attach the deposit for facility booking.

1. Admin can enable/disable the deposit requirement for the facility.

2. If enabled, residents can upload the deposit attachment for their facility booking.

3. App display for the deposit attachment feature for unit owners.

The Invitation module allows the unit owner to register his visitor beforehand in order to reduce the waiting time when arriving in the neighbourhood. Visitors who receive the invitation will have access to the registration form, QR code and approved visitation time. In this latest update, i-Neighbour has added a setting to include the neighbourhood address direction into the invitation message. Visitors will then be able to click onto the direction link for direct access to the Google Map with the provided neighbourhood address.
