1. Approve/Reject Buttons Now Available on the Feedback/Inquiry Details Page
We have enhanced the Feedback/Inquiry module by adding the Approve and Reject buttons directly to the Feedback/Inquiry Details page. This allows admins with the required permission to efficiently manage re-open requests without needing to navigate to another section.

Key Benefits:
  • Efficient Case Management: Admins can now approve or reject re-open requests directly from the case details page, saving time and effort.
  • Improved Workflow: This enhancement eliminates the need to switch between pages, enabling faster decision-making and better case handling.
This update improves the overall user experience for administrators, providing quicker and more convenient control over feedback and inquiry cases.
2. Enhanced LPR Feature with Separate Categories for Residents and Visitors
In a previous release, we introduced the License Plate Recognition (LPR) feature in iNeighbour, which allows residents and pre-registered visitors to enter the premises using their vehicle's license plate.

Last month, we enhanced this feature by separating the LPR categories for residents/admins (regular in/out) and visitors (temporary in/out). This enhancement supports scenarios where residential properties may want to charge parking fees to visitors who park on the premises, ensuring a more structured and manageable parking system.

Key Benefits:
  • Separate Entry Management: Residents and visitors are now managed under different categories, allowing for a more organized system for entry and exit.
  • Visitor Parking Fee: The separation of categories enables residential management to implement parking fees for visitors, providing better control over parking usage.
This update improves flexibility and control over how residents and visitors use parking facilities, enhancing the overall management of the premises.
