To provide more information on user activity and enable tracing of certain changes in the account, we recently added a new User Log report to the system. Next, we are also introducing a new report called the ‘Receipt Listing’ that shows all receipts recorded into the Bank account. This report provides a full list of receipts including customer payment, bank deposit (payment received from debtor and received from other parties) and funds transfer transactions for the selected date range. More details as follows: • Filter available for date range, bank account, document type and payment mode. • Shares the same customisable document footer as the Collection Report (Setup > Display Setup). a. To help ensure documents are entered into the system with a valid amount, we recently added restrictions at the Sales Invoice, Supplier Invoice and Supplier Credit Note entry pages. This new checking will prevent line entry and document entry if the amount is 0 or negative. a. New Restriction - Supplier Credit Note Entry |
