In i-Account, there is a function that allows Admins to generate and send the Form 20 (Notice to Demand Payment of Sum Due by Proprietor) to defaulters. This form has a standard template as provided in the strata regulations and we recently added an option to display certain lines of text (which are not applicable) in strikethrough format. a. The next update is for the ‘GL Account Transactions Report. In order to optimise the report generation and also allow users to select a report date range exceeding 12 months, we recently changed the report generation flow. i. After clicking generate report, the request will be displayed or managed in the Report History page. ii. Status shows in progress. Once complete, the download link will be displayed. iii. Download link is maintained in Report history for 7 days. a. Reports > General Ledger > GL Account Transactions
