In November, we added an option for “Extra Unit Price Setting” at Property > Setup > Charge Setup. Following this enhancement, Admins can now save multiple rates for each charge (e.g. multiple rates for Maintenance Fee & Sinking Fund). Subsequently, during batch invoice or SCI creation, Admins will be able to select the applicable charge rate for respective debtor groups without having to edit the rates. They can also create invoices/SCI for all debtor groups immediately without waiting for batch processing to complete. Please refer to the sample screenshots below for further details. a. For those that prefer not to display charge basis and rate on auto-generated batch invoices, we recently added an option to hide these values. The details are as follows: i. General Setup page - Enable option “Hide Basis & Rate on Batch Invoice”. ii. When enabled, at the Auto Batch Setting page, there is a new dropdown for “Hide Basis & Rate on Invoice”. The next update is a new date validity check for all reports in the Reports module. For all report date fields, users can either pick dates from a dropdown calendar or key in the applicable date.
