The i-Neighbour RM8 million CSR program targeted to high rise residential and gated guarded communities is now open for application to all JMBs, JMCs, and RAs in Malaysia. The grant offers per residential community an i-Neighbour smart community system worth RM10,000 plus an additional sponsor of a guard tablet worth RM3,300 from our co-sponsor, UOB. In total, 600 community stand to benefit from the grant to uplift the security management to another level.
The i-Neighbour Smart Community System is a cloud-based solution that connects three stakeholders in a residential community; Residents, Management, and Security effectively. It fills in the gap in security where it provides secure visitor access, around the clock patrolling system, and all-day emergency assistance through an App on a smartphone. By using i-Neighbour in a community, the security can use the App to handle visitors registration, and provide the back-end support to residents when they press the panic button during emergencies. Security can also blacklist rowdy visitors to keep them from accessing a neighbourhood at other times. On the other hand, the residents have a tool to manage their security better; i.e., using the Panic button on the App to call for help during emergencies. And the management can use the App to control the quality of guard service of your residential. Besides security, i-Neighbour also handles various management-residents matters effectively through the App as well. By using the App, the residents can pay the maintenance fee, report any defects found in their unit, report any incidents that occur in their enclave, etc. The management can receive all the reports and act upon them in time.
